1. Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy
Domestic Flights:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are eligible for a partial refund after deducting applicable airline and service charges.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are subject to airline policies, and may not be eligible for any refund.
No-show passengers are not eligible for a refund.
International Flights:
Refunds depend on the airline’s cancellation terms. Most international tickets are partially refundable if canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellation requests within 72 hours of departure will incur higher penalties or may be non-refundable.
Any refund, if applicable, will be processed after receiving confirmation from the airline.
2. Visa Services Refund Policy
Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective embassy or consulate.
If an application is canceled before submission, a partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative charges.
Visa rejections by the embassy or consulate are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.
Stylex Tours and Travels is not responsible for delays or decisions made by embassies.
